TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BOOK ONLINE

1.INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS of the Online Booking services (hereafter, ‘Online Booking’ services, or ‘services’) of TRASLATIO S.C. (hereafter ALBERGUE CORREDOIRAS), with registered offices in Corredoira da Barca 10 Bajo, 15900 Padrón (A Coruña), Tax ID number J70416276 and phone 0034 981 817 266. he terms “You” and “User” are used here to refer to all individuals and/or entities who for whatever reason access www.alberguecorredoiras.es or use its services.

2.USE OF THE ALBERGUE CORREDOIRAS ONLINE BOOKING SERVICES

2.1. The purpose of the Online Booking services is for the reservation of a bed in shared mixed room in Albergue Corredoiras. THE USE OF THESE SERVICES IMPLIES FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY OF EACH AND ALL THE GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS – WHICH ARE DEEMED TO BE AUTOMATICALLY INCORPORATED INTO THE CONTRACT CONCLUDED WITH ALBERGUE CORREDOIRAS, WITHOUT THE NEED FOR YOUR WRITTEN TRANSCRIPTION IN THE SAME. The prices of the bed include VAT and other taxes if any.

2.2. Procurement procedure: During the process of making the reservation, the user must cover some essential information for the realization of this. The user guarantees that he is over eighteen (18) years old and that the information he provides is true, accurate, complete and up to date. Once the payment of the reservation is made by credit card the user will receive an email with the confirmation of this. This email serves as proof of your booking.

In order for a reservation to be confirmed, it is ESSENTIAL to have made the payment of the reservation. In Albergue Corredoiras we work so that errors do not occur during the online reservation process, but if the user detects any error during this process, he can contact us by email at info@alberguecorredoiras.es

2.3. The cost of accommodation includes linen (cloth sheets, blankets and towels), use of lockers, hot water in showers and toilets, use of kitchen, dining room and shoe rack, access to library, games, Wi-Fi and computers with Internet access. In high season (Easter and the month of May to September) the cost includes washing and drying clothes. To enjoy this service, the user must deliver the clothes before 5:00 pm on the day of arrival (local time of the hostel).

3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

3.1 Check-in will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (local hostel time). Outside of these hours the reception is closed and it will not be possible to check in. In case of not showing up at the hostel during this reception time, the first night will be charged (VAT and taxes included). Albergue Corredoiras will freely dispose of the beds involved in the reservation.

If for any reason, it is pending, part of the total amount of the reservation must be paid at the time of check-in.

To check-in, all guests over 14 years of age must present an identity document with photo, driver’s license or passport. Citizens from outside the European Union can only check in with their passport. (Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, of protection of citizen security and Order INT / 502/2003 of February 21 and Order INT / 1922/2003 of July 3).

In the case of groups of minors must be accompanied by adults. For adults over six years of age, one adult person for every twenty children. If they are children of six years or less, they must be accompanied by one adult for every ten children.

After check-in at the hostel you can enter until 00:00 h with a PIN code that is provided upon arrival.

3.2 The user agrees to leave the hostel before 10:00 am on the day of departure (local time of the hostel).

4. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

4.1 Any modification to an ONLINE reservation (number of places, entry date…) should ALWAYS be requested by email to reservas@alberguecorredoiras.es and from Albergue Corredoiras we will always try to comply with your request.

4.2 If the user cancels the reservation, may result in cancellation fees, which cover the expenses and damages accrued due to the non-occupation of the reserved places and canceled prior to the scheduled date of arrival, as well as the expenses originated by contracts or purchase of supplies for the installation.

Expenses will be charged in the following terms and conditions:
-You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
-You will pay the total price of the reservation (amount that you had advanced) if you cancel in the 7 before the arrival date.

The reintegration of the amount of the reservation, after discounting the cancellation expenses, if any, will be made within a maximum period of 30 days (Article 14 of Decree 17/2011 of September 8).

5. RESERVATION FOR GROUPS AT THE CORREDOIRAS HOSTEL

5.1 SPECIAL PRICES: For groups of 10 or more people we have special price conditions. To enjoy these discount, the reservation must be FORMALIZED BY EMAIL and NOT through our online reservation system. If the group reservation is made ONLINE there will be no discount on the rates.
If you want to book for a group, send us an email to info@albergue corredoiras.es indicating the name and telephone number of the person in charge of the group, the number of beds, date of entry and number of nights for which you wish to reserve.

5.2 PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION: To make a reservation effective, the person in charge of the group must pay 50% of the total amount of the reservation in advance.
Albergue Corredoiras will reply to your reservation request email indicating the amount to be transferred and the account number to which you must make the transfer.
The person in charge of the group must answer by sending a copy of the transfer made for the advance payment. This transfer will be made within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of sending the email with the account number.
If after 5 days the advance payment is not received, the reservation is understood as CANCELED without prior communication from Albergue Corredoiras.

The rest of the amount of the reservation will be paid when checking in at the hostel or if the person in charge of the group prefers, it can be transferred in advance.
If you want an invoice for the reservation, you must provide us with the billing information (Tax name, CIF, address and telephone number) at the time you send the copy of the advance payment.

5.3 RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: When the amount of the transfer is received, Albergue Corredoiras will send the reservation confirmation email.

5.4 CONDITIONS FOR MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF GROUP RESERVATIONS:
Any modification or cancellation in the group reservation (number of places, entry date…) must be made by the person in charge of the group and ALWAYS by email to info@alberguecorredoiras.es and from Albergue Corredoiras we will always try to access your request.

If you want to lower the number of seats, the price of the offer remains the same, except if the group is less than 10 people. In this case, the price per bed will be the same as that of a single reservation on our website for the same date.

If part or all of a group reservation is cancelled, may result in cancellation fees, which cover expenses and damages accrued due to the non-occupation of the reserved seats and canceled prior to the scheduled date of arrival, as well as the expenses originated by contracting or purchase of supplies for the installation.

Expenses will be charged in the following terms and conditions:
-You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
-Between 8 and 30 days before the arrival date: 40% of the advance amount.
-7 or less days before the arrival date: 100% of the advance payment.

The reintegration of the amount of the reservation, after discounting the cancellation expenses, if any, will be made within a maximum period of 30 days (Article 14 of Decree 17/2011 of September 8).

6. PERSONAL DATA

During the online booking process or reservation for groups for email, we have requested the user a series of personal data in order to provide the requested service and / or perform billing of this.

The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations (articles 66 to 70 General Tax Law). The data requested is necessary, so that if it is not provided, it will not be possible to provide the required service. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we are treating your personal data at ALBERGUE CORREDOIRAS (TRASLATIO SC), therefore you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary, to the limitation of your treatment, or to oppose the treatment, as well as the right of the portability of the data. The data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or during the years necessary to comply with the legal obligations (articles 66 to 70 General Tax Law). The data requested is necessary, so that if it is not provided, it will not be possible to provide the required service. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

The user can consult our Privacy Policy where all the aspects related to their personal data are explained: our identification, type of data that we collect, with what purpose we do it, the treatment that we give them, the data transfers and conservation of the same , the exercise of user rights and the security measures that we apply.
